In Sunday's New York Times Op-Ed column, Nicholas Kirstof discusses the lack of support for girls' education globally. One example is the recent attack on a girls' school by Boko Haram militants.
Mr. Kristof posses a great question "Why are fanatics so terrified of girls' education?" and an even better answer "Because there's no force more powerful to transform a society. The greatest threat to extremism isn't drones firing missiles, but girls reading books."
